Engine 1 and Engine 2 responded to Nicolet College for a reported fire alarm at the Northwoods Center. Nothing was found in the building and after doing a little investigating, it was determined a small amount of smoke from a pan set off a smoke detector. Students were let back in the building and firefighters cleared the scene in about 15 minutes.
